What is ED Cashback?

Apart from getting discounts for your online purchases that are listed on ElkeesDeals.com, we also give you an option to earn additional cashback when you shop using any our deals. Only Stores that have additional cashback labels in Green text, like ‘Upto $20 Cashback from ElkeesDeals’ or ‘Upto 30% Rewards’ etc. can be eligible for Cashback earnings.

How to Earn Cashback?

To earn cashback, please ensure that you only use coupons and deals via ElkeesDeals link and make a successful purchase.

Once your purchase is completed, please contact us here or send us email at info@elkeesdeals.com with your purchase details (Store name, purchase date & time, location, email ID, website, etc ) use this to registered your purchase that will enable us to add the cashback in your account.

Once we receive a final confirmation of the sale from the merchant your pending cashback is made available for you to use. We will add the cashback to your account as a pending balance.

Note: Cashback earning will be pending for use because merchant locks cashback for 45-60 days to protect their refund policy. And, once the refund policy completes, your pending balance will be confirmed and become ready to transfer or use.

Most Important: Only new customer get Cashback. So never sign up using your existing account or/and email address (including IP address, same computer, etc). If you want to earn cashback, make a purchase using the new contact details that never used on that particular merchant.

Why does ED Cashback take so long to confirm?

Unfortunately, the cashback process is such that we have to wait for the store to confirm to us that the purchase was not returned or exchanged. Merchants also use this time to validate that the sale has met conditions for earning of cashback.

We constantly work with stores to reduce this wait period. However, just to be on the safe side we inform you that it may usually take 4-8 weeks for a transaction to be confirmed.

Are there cases where there is no cashback?

Yes, there are stores and offers on which there is no cashback applicable. These will not carry the additional ED Cashback label.

What happens once my cashback is cancelled?

If your cashback is cancelled by the retailer, your cashback amount for that transaction will be removed from your pending balance. The status of the transaction will be set to cancelled in your cashback activity page.

Store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of a transaction. Unfortunately, once a retailer has made a decision, it is final.

What is the difference between pending and available balance?

Pending Balance contains amounts that you have earned but can’t yet redeem. Your pending balance contains amounts from purchases made at cashback stores and/or any bonus amount that you might have earned from ElkeesDeals.

Available Balance is the amount that you can withdraw immediately (minimum withdrawal limits apply).

Pending balance earned from purchases made at cashback stores usually requires 4-8 weeks wait period before which it becomes available. This is because most stores wait until their return and exchange period is over before confirming a purchase. If a merchant deems a purchase as cancelled or exchanged, the pending balance does not become available and is removed from your account.

Pending balance earned from promotional activity like referrals and joining schemes; has its own conditions that must be fulfilled for it to become available.

Why was my cashback cancelled?

Some common reasons why cashback is declined are:

  • The order was cancelled.
  • The order was returned or partially returned.
  • The order was exchanged or partially exchanged.
  • The order was changed.
  • The order was paid for using a gift code or gift voucher.
  • The order was refunded.
  • The order was placed using your existing account details at merchant.
  • The order might have been classified as bulk order from a wholesaler or a travel agent etc.
  • The order did not comply with the store’s cashback policy.

Sometimes stores do not provide us any specific reason for declining the cashback. In such cases a Missing Cashback claim can be filed and we will do our best to find the reason for cancellation of the cashback.

Note: The store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the cashback transaction.

How can I ensure I get my cashback?

These are a few things that you can be mindful of to ensure that your cashback tracks properly:

  1. Only shop using the links available on our website.
  2. Ensure that you are shopping at a store that offers ED Cashback.
  3. When you click an offer or store, ElkeesDeals will open a window linking you to that store. Please ensure that you transact in the opened window.
  4. Please ensure that your shopping cart is empty in the shopping window. If it is not empty please clear the contents of your cart and visit the store via ElkeesDeals again.
  5. Do not use any price comparison or discount widgets while shopping.
  6. If you are an existing customer of a particular merchant, never use your existing account details while purchasing or signing up.
How do I withdraw my balance?

To withdraw your balance, log in to your ElkeesDeals account and visit the Withdraw section of your profile, or just email us here.

Payment transfer options are Paytm, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank account.

Note: Bank transfers take between 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. eWallet and Recharge transactions are almost instantaneous but can take upto 48 hours to reflect in your account.

Note: Also, there is absolutely no cost or fees applicable to withdrawing your balance.
